Practices in Discounting Future Benefits and Food Choice
Overview
Economic experiments will be used to test whether differing practices within society for discounting the future benefits of sustainable and healthy eating, significantly influence food choice behaviour and whether 'one size fits all' meso-level structured interventions (such as Incentive Schemes and Loyalty Cards) to change eating habits may require special tailoring to reach specific hard to reach groups.
